Focus on Scholarships
Have you considered the possibilities of how you or your church could touch the lives of students through the creation of a Scholarship Trust at the Foundation? Consider these words from scholarship recipients:
“I am very grateful and blessed to have been selected to receive this scholarship. I cannot express to you how much it has meant to me.” (Cherish Hall, recipient of the Elisabeth Brown Jacobson Scholarship from Lewisburg United Methodist Church)
"Because of the support of the Layman’s Foundation, I am able to attend one of the most wonderful United Methodist Seminaries imaginable. It is through their kind generosity that I might begin to pursue a life devoted to ministry…" (Nicole Biondi, recipient of the Layman’s Foundation grant)
