Planned Giving

Fall in West Virginia

A planned gift can create a legacy that has a permanent impact on ministry.  Planned gifts usually come from accumulated assets instead of income.   Planned gifts are usually made from retirement plans, insurance policies, appreciated securities, real estate, or other assets. The most common planned gift is a bequest from a will, but they can also be made through trusts, charitable gift annuities, and donor advised funds.

You can find information about the different tools for planned giving on this website, but please remember that we are here to help.  As you consider the possibilities, please contact us.   We can meet with you to explore the options that best meet your needs as we work to match the needs of ministry and your circumstances.
